Inside Sales Representative - Cork 

The ISR will:

· Respond to customer inquiries via phone and e-mail, assist potential customers during their evaluation process, create quotes and new customer accounts, co-ordinate with channel partners, and close sales

· Keep management informed by maintaining accurate customer and pipeline records within SalesForce

· Submit accurate and timely activity reports as required

· Conduct product demonstrations via the internet to potential customer’s audiences that are both technical and non-technical

· Provide Management with information about the local market opportunity and identifying new business opportunities and channel partnerships

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Passion for selling (IT industry background preferable)

· Enthusiastic and self starting approach

· Demonstrable record of sales success against quota

· Knowledge and experience of networking technologies and our overall business environment

· Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Ability to use Microsoft Office/Exchange, and SalesForce

· Fluent (written/oral) in English and, ideally another language
