CUSTOMER SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR (uk cross border life insurance)

Company: Our client is a global leader in insurance, asset management and retirement solutions products. This is a new start up operation with a focus on cross border life products into the UK Market.

Opportunity:
As part of the Customer Service Team, the Client Services Administrator will support various activities including:
-Processing incoming mail and cash.
-Preparing and distributing client policy packs/ documents
-Responding to telephone inquiries and requests from IFA’s and UK based customers.
-Setting up and maintaining client files.
-Being part of the team and supporting team members as and when required.

Experience:
-Previous experience in cross border life insurance products is essential. UK market would be preferable.
-Good written and verbal skills
-Flexible and adaptable to learn new processes and products

Remuneration: 27-32K DOE, 3K bonus, health insurance, 24 days leave, dc pension, educational assistance.
