Client Care Manager
Client Care Manager required for Dublin & Limerick Based Roles
The ideal candidates will have come from a nursing background and have strong commercial experience and acumen
The salary for this role is 40k plus a 5 k bonus and a petrol card
This is an excellent opportunity to work in the commuity with your own client caseload.

Duties:
· Ensuring that the highest quality of care is delivered to our clients;
· Assisting with client and staffing issues,;
· Mentor, coach and lead a team of carers;
· Ensure internal policies and procedures are adhered to;
· Be compliant with internal operational audit procedure;
· Development and maintenance of key client relationships;
· Development and implementation area marketing plans;
· Prepare and present status reports and presentations as needed;
· Manage area billing and accounts receivable;
· Carry out Client and Caregiver regular assessments;
· Assisting with caregiver recruitment and scheduling where required;
· participating in the development and marketing of the company;
· communicating client and caregiver concerns or problems with directors or other staff members as appropriate;
· Managing, motivating their own office coordinators and schedulers;
· Ensuring all shifts are covered and adequate relief care available;
· Ensure daily meetings with coordinators take place;
· ad hoc duties as required;

· Interested applicants should have a relevant health/social care or nursing background and must have care of the elderly experience and staff management experience;
Business Competence
· Have demonstrated good commercial and business acumen;
· Understanding of clinical systems implementation methodologies, process reengineering and change management;
· Solid verbal and written communication skills;
· Demonstrated leadership ability to manage teams of up to 20 professionals and associates and client resource teams; who in turn co-ordinate hundreds of caregivers;
- ECDL and comfortable in an IT rich environment;
