Experienced Inhouse Recruiter required for leading multinational company based in Dublin & Galway
12 -15 month contract
Salary guide 50-60k
Primary Responsibilities:
End to end recruitment for roles based in Dublin and West of Ireland
•Partner with hiring managers to understand business unit and candidate requirements to assist in the development of a highly screened candidate pipeline.
•Consistently source high quality candidates for all business areas utilising various sourcing channels, including job boards, campus recruiting, third party vendors.
•Develop sourcing strategies for the organisation’s immediate and longer term recruitment needs. Identify proactive methods of recruitment and continuously look for new ways to improve candidate pipeline.
•Manage recruitment administration including job postings, correspondence with candidates, interview scheduling, offer and onboarding management, coordinating background investigations, and data management.
•Participate in recruiting events such as college campus recruiting and job fairs.
•Conduct interviews using a behavioral/competency-based interviewing technique.
•Remain current on market trends, compensation practices, and employment legislation. Share relevant market trends with hiring managers in the organisation.
•Produce weekly activity reports on recruitment status.
Requirements:
•Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience. Previous in-house recruiting experience essential
•Personal qualities that demonstrate leadership, confidence, sound judgment, enthusiasm, commitment and ethics.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Demonstrated understanding of the employment market
•Knowledge of web & traditional techniques to source candidates.
•Excellent interviewing skills and practices.
•Strong IT Skills
