Software Solutions Sales Consultant required for growing company based in West Dublin

Working closely with the Management team, and existing focused and enthusiastic Sales Team, as a software solutions sales consultant, we are seeking someone who can make the necessary introductions to clients across new sectors.
We are seeking a candidate capable of generating their own leads and also running with supplied leads through to needs analysis and scoping, preparation and provision of full demonstration workshops to clients, completion of tenders and proposals, through to closure of sales.
You will be proven experienced in working with, and exceeding targets in previous similar roles
Tasks & Duties:
Develop an in-depth Product knowledge of the organisations Business & Accounting Software solution.
Suggest and Implement Direct and Indirect Sales & Marketing campaigns alongside departmental campaigns and activities
Prepare detailed and professional Tender responses plus quotations and proposals
Demonstrate the product to the highest level of product demonstration
Professionally analysis a client’s needs and requirements
Negotiate to close of Sale on one’s own and also in conjunction with Senior experienced Product specialists
Direct mail Campaign follow-up via mail/fax and telephone
Organisation and suggestion of mini events and activities to foster continued and greater prospective interest
Your valuable Expertise to us
You will have a minimum of 3 – 5 year’s experience of Accounting or related enterprise software sales, have strong interpersonal communications skills, have a proven ability and enthusiasm to sell consultative solution sales by phone and in person, liaising with prospective clients at all levels There are realistic opportunities to greatly exceed on-target earnings.
Experience in actual accounting software solution sales is beneficial but not essential,
Proven ability to demonstrate software products using a laptop in face to face boardroom presentations is essential.
Understanding of software and IT terminology and concepts an added advantage.
Ability and drive to work towards targets at a personal level and Group level.

Ability to work on one’s own and be responsible for meeting and exceeding set quarterly targets
Confident, polite and presentable with a good conversational manner.
Eager, dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated sales consultant
Experience in sales prospecting, generating leads and appointments, and structured use of CRM systems or concepts to track and automate sales cycle in structured ways, an advantage .
Excellent written and verbal English
Ability to work well with others in a close knit department and liaise with other department members.
Own transport required.
Remuneration:
Genuine Attractive salary and potential earnings. Commission on all sales. Very attractive quarterly and annual performance based bonus.
Mileage travel allowance.
