Executive Sous Chef
Executive Sous Chef required for high end contract catering organisation based in South Dublin
Reporting to and deputising for the Executive Head Chef , the Executive Sous Chef will lead the kitchen ensuring that food is prepared, cooked and served to a very high standard
Duties Include:
- Menu Planning, preparation, food ordering and stock taking
- Management of kitchen staff ensuring adherence to all company policies and hygiene standards
- Cost management
- Ongoing development of staff and chefs
- Application of all Health and Safety Legislation
Experience & Qualifications
- 10 + years experience as a qualified chef with 3-4 years at Head chef level
- Experience in 4 / 5* hotel / restaurant / event management / high end contract catering
- Wide range of culinary techniques including international cooking styles.
Salary guide 45k
Monday – Friday working hours, 7.30am – 3.30 pm (some flexibility on this may be required)
