Shareholder Services Administrator
Shareholder Services Administrator required immediately for 6 Month Contract
ROLE:
Provide high quality client service by responding promptly and accurately to all enquiries received by the team in accordance with agreed Service Level Standards and/or as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Dealing directly with the client using a consultative partnership approach.
Liasing with investors, distributors and Clients in the pursuit and clearance of collection account reconciliation items.
Advise supervisor of all issues, ensuring closure of same and suggest resolution where possible.
Escalate long outstanding rec items or items causing concern immediately.
Work with the Supervisor to ensure the disbursement of queries in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure all enquiries received and/or assigned to you are logged in the Query Tracking System.
OPERATIONS
Liaise with clients to ensure a high-quality service
Liaise with other TA units to ensure a timely resolution to queries /requests
Escalation of issues
Ensure all reconciliation items are resolved within the agreed SLA
Ensure procedures are updated and adhered to
Maintain a central source for reference material
Implement processes for team efficiencies
Essential Experience
Experience in a Shareholder Services function i.e. Dealing, Cash, Reconciliation, Registration or experience in a dedicated customer servicing environment is required.
Proven track record of high quality written and verbal communication is essential.
Fluency in at least one other mainstream European language would be an advantage.
